What we do
We work with one kind of coverage and we work with it properly: health insurance through the Marketplace. Everything below is included for our clients at no separate charge to you, because agencies like ours are paid by the insurance carrier.
Marketplace enrollment
We review your household size and expected income, compare the plans available for your county, explain what each one actually costs you after any subsidy you qualify for, and complete the enrollment with you.
Renewals and plan changes
Plans, networks and prices change every year. During Open Enrollment we review what you have against what is available, and we tell you plainly when staying put is the better move.
Special Enrollment Periods
If you lost coverage, moved, married, had a baby, or had another qualifying life event, you may be able to enroll outside of Open Enrollment. We check whether you qualify and act inside the deadline.
Marketplace document requests
The Marketplace often asks for proof of income, residency or immigration status, and coverage can lapse if nobody answers. We tell you exactly which document is being asked for and we help you submit it on time.
Support after you enroll
Questions about your ID card, your deductible, whether a doctor is in network, or a bill you did not expect. You call us, not a call center queue.
Household and family coverage
We enroll families together, including cases where different members qualify for different programs, so nobody is left without coverage by accident.
How it works
- You reach us. Call, email, or sign up below for text updates. Tell us who needs coverage.
- We review your situation. Household members, expected income for the plan year, the doctors and medicines you want covered, and the date you need coverage to start.
- We compare and explain. You get the real monthly cost after any subsidy, the deductible, and what happens if you use the plan, in plain language.
- We enroll you and stay. We complete the application, confirm the carrier received it, and handle whatever the Marketplace asks for later.
